Vendor FAQ’s
Application & Approval
All vendors must complete the official application form available on our website. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Click Here to fill out your application.
Is submitting an application a guarantee of acceptance? No. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to ensure a well-balanced and high-quality event experience.
You will receive an email notification once your application has been reviewed and approved. Do I pay when I apply? No. Payment is only required after acceptance. Instructions will be provided in your approval email.
Vendor Spaces & Placement
Standard spaces are 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20. Limited larger or specialty spaces may be available upon request.
You may request a preference, but final placement is determined by the rally team.
Yes. Food vendors are curated and limited to avoid duplication and ensure quality and variety.
Requirements & Compliance
Yes. All vendors are required to carry general liability insurance. Additional insured requirements will be outlined upon approval.
Food vendors and certain service providers must comply with local health and permitting requirements.
Yes. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Texas sales tax.
Setup & Event Expectations
Setup begins Wednesday, October 21 from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
All vendor setups must be completed by Thursday, October 22 at 12:00 PM.
Vendors must be open and fully operational by Thursday, October 22 at 12:00 PM SHARP.
Yes. Vendors are expected to be open and operational during all scheduled event days and hours.
No. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval. Tear down will begin no earlier than Saturday, October 24 at 5:00 PM. All tear down must be completed by Sunday, October 25 at 12:00 PM.
Utilities & Logistics
No water or electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own utilities.

Wi-Fi is not guaranteed. Vendors should bring their own connectivity solutions if needed.
Designated vendor parking areas will be assigned.
Security & Liability
General event security will be onsite; however, vendors are responsible for their own equipment and inventory.

Promotion & Exposure
Select vendors may be featured on the event website and social media. Additional promotional opportunities, including website and social media advertising, are available for purchase.
Yes. Vendors are encouraged to promote their involvement and tag the rally on social media.
