• Participation in Builders Row is by invitation only.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required local, state, and federal licenses, permits, certifications, registrations, and insurance coverage applicable to their business operations.
• All participants attend and participate at their own risk. Walnut Springs Rally, Walnut Springs Partners, Inc. (501(c)(3)), the City of Walnut Springs, sponsors, partners, property owners, volunteers, contractors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, death, claim, demand, or expense arising from participation in the event.
• Participants are solely responsible for the security and protection of their motorcycles, trailers, merchandise, equipment, inventory, vehicles, displays, tools, and personal property.
• No refunds will be issued for weather conditions, acts of God, government actions, public safety concerns, emergency situations, or event interruption.
• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse, relocate, modify, or remove any participant, display, motorcycle, merchandise, signage, activity, or exhibit that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the mission of the event.
• Participants must remain open, staffed, and operational during required event hours.
• No subleasing, transferring, sharing, or assigning booth space is permitted without prior written approval from event management.
• Each participant is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional exhibit area throughout the event.
• Participants are responsible for removing all trash, debris, pallets, packing materials, oil, fuel, and waste generated by their exhibit. Any participant leaving waste or debris after moving out may be assessed as a $100 cleaning fee.
